In January 2016, four complete strangers came together during a Drake University MBA course. Charged with creating a business concept, they began brainstorming. After a plethora of ideas were thrown out, one of the members came up with the cheesy idea of a food truck specializing in gourmet macaroni and cheese. Alas, Super Mac Bros. was born and the cheesiest puns were just getting started. Now with a street-legal food truck, Super Mac Bros. whizzes through the streets of downtown Des Moines, opening its window from 11am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. Offering a wide range of mac-tastic options, anyone from casual cheesers to noodle connoiseurs will find something they will enjoy. Soon, Super Mac Bros. will release its mobile application, Mac2Go. Customers will be able to receive push notifications alerting them that delicious macaroni and cheese is near their location so they never miss out on their chance to get cheesy.

If there is one thing that you should know, let it be this: the only thing we take seriously is crafting the perfect dish of macaroni and cheese. Come for the ridiculous puns and cheesy jokes, but stay for the food. In the end, that's what we're all about.
